I have been a loyal customer of Aaron's Furniture thanks to the store manager Brittany. As long as Brittany is an employee I will continue to make purchases.

I MOVED FROM ANOTHER STATE GOT MY THINGS FROM Aaron's in that state had a great relationship with the staff and the product was great . Been in Chicago one year this place has really disappointed me , made promises they can't keep have a bedroom set with no headboard should have not accepted it but dealing with Aaron's in the past but from another stat thought it was okay WRONG !!!! SO DISAPPOINTED 0

Prices are high, but reasonable. You get what you pay for, and at Ashley's you are getting top name brand.nClean store, pleasant store associates, nice furniture and they make you feel at home. When you walk into Ashley's, it's all about you!

I have been dealing with a different store before for a year and we had a good relationship, the bad part was the store got looted during the protest and they had to shut down and before they did they have me a call that my account will be transferred to this store and if things chance with my financial situation I should call them to make a payment. I got laid off late April n I applied for unemployment n I was still waiting for my funds to be released and I had told the store bfore everything. So the new lady from this store gave me a call for the first time and she was so rude n screaming at me, threatening to come to my house with the police to take the furniture. She kept saying where is my furniture, never cared to ask if I could make any small payment or anything, all she wanted was to come get the furniture with the police. Worse customers service ever.
