Just brought in my laptop and Alex was very nice, explained everything to me in simple terms (I’m terrible with technology) and fixed my computer in a couple of hours. Tim and Alex at Error 404 provide great customer service at reasonable prices. Always timely and always friendly. I run a high volume legal practice. When I need computer repair, internet installation, etc., I know I can count on Error 404!!
My Mac died suddenly and I reached out to a couple local spots for help. Manu returned my call right away, so I went in and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to get my laptop fixed same-day, which was a real lifesaver because I don't have a backup device! I thought I was going to need a new computer, but coming here saved me hundreds and now I have my old machine back up and running.
