Yasmen(sp) is the best. I definitely recommend this location.
Went here to switch carriers as well as upgrade phone. Confusing promotional pricing on new phone because the trade-in value is taken off the amount owed on new phone and then the rest of the credit is processed monthly on the bill. Had phone shipped to the store by the salesperson and after we finished the upgrade, was told phone had to be shipped back by me. Still waiting for the ‘return kit’ over 10 days later. Paid an extra $10 to upgrade in-store, but if I have to ship myself, I could have saved the $10 fee. Also, the salesperson got the plan I asked for wrong and I had to call and be on hold for 3+hours to change it and get a credit for the difference.nnSave your time and do upgrade at home because the salespeople don’t do anything you won’t be able to do and will mess something up anyway.

I would give a 0 if possible. T-Mobile is the WORST company 2 deal with. No one in stores or customer service knows what the hell they're doing.
My husband and I came in not expecting anything to happen. The sales person Anahi Alcala is excellent. She approached us friendly, welcoming and with a smile. She was very detailed and explained everything. She reviewed our account and was very specific and detailed. She went over and beyond gave us her special cell number for any further assistance in the future. If you ever need to go to sprint ask for her. She is great and deserves a raise.
