I came to the store to exchange some items. Went to customer service everything was great! They put my items in a bag and told me to grab my exchange items. Little do I know I will be followed thru the store by Kohl's employees like I came to steal. I notice it was 5 employees in the area I was in and when I asked for help they told me it wasn't the area they work but yet 5 of them was in the same department as I was. I am a paying customer, working citizen and a US Veteran. I felt so degraded and all I wanted was a few new bras after have a baby a few months back. I will never shop there again. I returned my items and left the store.
Early mornings are the best , way for payment's getting done .. Also way less waiting time in line for shoppers . Always bright & cheerful & helpful . And even being a early Monday morning . Kudos to them .
I placed an order for pick up. I parked my car in one of the specified pick-up spaces and let them know I was there by touching the Pick-Up Pass button on the email they sent me. They came out with my order in about a minute.
I come here mainly to drop of my Amazon returns, everytime I come here its a pleasant visit!!! So quiet and I love the music... I always end up shopping after my return. Very soothing ud83dude09
Good store for shopping but for returning products back to Amazon, it's too far to walk to the counter for people with disabilities.
