I have had 2 tattoos removed here and just began a 3rd. The prices are fantastic and I always feel informed and taken care of. I definitely recommend Jessica at Renu.

The information over the phone was misleading was never told verbally that i would be charged if i couldn't cancel in time. They fee you for not going to an appointment and for the consultation. And the consultation is information that can be easily found online. Pretty much thievery. They also didn't seem very helpful, friendly or knew what was going on.

Terrible! Charge too much for a cancellation fee. I'm very disappointed with my supposedly first treatment with this spa. My treatment was scheduled on Monday but since they had a flooding issue that day, they called and rescheduled it to a later day of the week. On the day of my rescheduled treatment I called to let them know that I will be a little late but was told that they cannot accommodate me anymore and had to reschedule it with a $50 fee! I ask if they could reschedule it without charging me since I was literally 10 minutes away but they said I had to pay the amount regardless. You folks could have rescheduled it without charging me knowing well that you initially changed the date of my original treatment. It seems okay and very normal for them to change your appointment when something unexpectedly happen to their spa and charge you for being late and rescheduling it but you can't expect the same from them when it's you that has something unexpectedly happened. I've been to other spas and clinics and by far this is the worst one for customer service and with charging fees!! Ridiculous!

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now, and just continue to be more impressed every time I visit. It’s clean, and inviting, and really pretty inside. The staff is so friendly and everyone has always taken all the time to answer my questions and go the extra little mile to make sure I’m comfortable. And I always feel great after my visit!
