Great service from the sales associate, help me pick out a perfect gift. Pan has a great feel and good weight to it. Handle is comfortable. Pan heats up quickly and evenly.

I had an excellent experience with the Le Creuset Outlet Store in Wrentham, Massachusetts. In particular, the person with whom I dealt - Katherine - was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. Because the store is still closed to customers, I had to shop by phone. Katherine provided assistance that was above and beyond the call of duty to help me decide which colors and types of cast iron pans to buy. She was delightful to deal with and processed my order promptly so that I could receive my new cookware quickly. Best of all: each piece was carefully wrapped and properly padded and I was thrilled to see that all items arrived in perfect condition. I look forward to shopping at the store when it resumes normal business hours! Thanks, Katherine, for a perfect shopping experience.

I purchase all of my Le Creuset items from this particular store because they offer the best selection and prices! The customer service I received from Katherine during my recent visit was outstanding! Katherine goes above and beyond to help her customers and makes shopping there a real pleasure! I hope to deal with Katherine again during my next visit because she's the best!
