Sharing under my name Theresa Thompson. Had a lost title replaced around Aug 25, was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks. Received email Sept 1 said it would arrive within 3days. Never received, waited 6 weeks and called to tell them. I was told I would have to pay $50 again. Had no choice but to pay again. They say it was not returned to them so I must of received it. Why would I lie about it?? I feel I was ripped off. Bad service all around. I feel I should be reimbursed

Completely rude! I work from 8 to 5 every day and I have no time to come in during the day so Tuesday since they’re open till 5:30 I came in after work around 5:10. I saw that they required masks inside and I unfortunately did not have one in my car so I walked in hoping that they would have some to offer since it is a state office, but they did not and they were very rude about me not having one even though they didn’t have one to supply. So I had to quickly go home get a mask and come back. By the time I was back it was about 5:20, they are still not closed, but you could tell they were aggravated by how I was inconveniencing them. They rushed me through the whole process to try and get me out of there as quickly as possible. Honestly that is the best I have even seen them work, if they worked that efficiently all the time there wouldn’t be such a long wait all the time.

One of the employees yelled at a physically disabled girl as she was trying to hand them paperwork for a handicapped placard and told her to get out. They were rude and blatantly embarrassed the poor girl. This facility should be shut down. That type of behavior is disgusting. If I could give them no stars I would.
