Great place! I love going in for all the benefits of the infrared sauna including help with the immune system during the pandemic.

I had my first experience here today and it was AMAZING!! I have tried the float pods before and the sauna was so much more relaxing to me. The business is very nice and the pods are fantastic! Very easy to use and you can set to your own comfort level. I will definately be back!

I've been dealing with Rheumatoid arthritis for 7 years and living in pain for all of those years. Went for a 45 minute sauna and it was the first time I have been pain free in those 7 years. If you have any joint damage or swelling, I highly recommend going. Very clean, polite, and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

Loved the pod!! My daughter and I just left after 2- 20 min. sessions and the place was clean and friendly~was helpfully with our crazy schedule as well! I will definitely be going back!
