We had been in communication for 2 days with both the sales manager and the owner of the business about the purchase of a washer and dryer set. We had spoke about delivery and the charge for everything and agreed. The owner was supposed to call me back that day to arrange delivery time. We recieved no call. I called the next day only to be told that they had someone come into the store and they sold it to them. Not good business at all. We already had arranged to buy them and have them delivered and they were sold out from under us. Not a business I would recommend. Bad business ethics.

The store does not have enough up to date name brands in the store! I got a couch from there it busted open on the back area less than 2 months of having the furniture, instead of the manager offering a new set he offered to sew up the hole! So I really don’t recommend them I prefer to stick to Aaron’s, where they have better name brands, and decent prices!

I was in desperate need of a washer/dryer. The store manager was very nice and helpful. He got me thru the process quickly. He and the assistant store manager delivered and setup my stuff in the early afternoon the next day! Excellent customer service experience all around. CHEERS to clean clothes Buddy’s Davenport.
