I really enjoyed my first experience but i am no longer with metro pcs because amanda became real aggressive upon me explaining my frustrations about some of the policies shes was moving her body in an aggressive manner and also yelling and as a business owner myself i wouldn't want anyone like that working for my business at all. She does not know how to handle situations in a formal matter. I will never feel comfortable walking into that store again she also down talked another phone company which i though was very disrespectful.
I talked to Andrew and he was very informative and simply very easy to talk to. He also said he loved me when I said it to him. Haha I enjoyed our interaction.
Amanda went above normal customer service and gave me a GREAT deal.
