Reference did the original installation of audio in our house when it was built 8 years ago. We used their services when we moved in and recently updated our audio and WiFi network. Each time we have worked with them, the staff has been attentive and responsive to our needs. Any issues that came up were resolved quickly and effectively.

I tried a number of things with limited success over the past couple of years to get acceptable WiFi coverage in our home. I should have called RA sooner. Brett designed a system to fit our needs and budget. Now we've got smokin' speeds throughout the whole house. The install crew was extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and very customer focused. Chopped the cable bill in half in the process. Thank you RA!

We built a new home in the past year and used Reference AVS to set up our surround sound both indoors and outdoors, in addition to all network capabilities. They worked directly with us as well as our builder in order to make everything a seamless process. Specifically, we worked with Brett to set up the design and plan, Jim to set up all the wiring during the process, and Joe to set up all the network equipment and explain how to use everything. The system is great so far and the follow up has been very prompt if we have needed anything afterwards. Highly recommend!!

Amazing customer service! Our salesman was ah-mazing! We new we wanted an upgrade, but didnt onow what we wanted. He guided us taking budgetary concerns into consideration, and we are THRILLED with our new set up. The installers: wow. Super great guys who did an amazing job! They looked at me a bit weird when I requested the tv to NOT be level,ud83eudd23. I can’t wait to work with this company again in the future! Work with them. You will not be disappointed . Plus, you are supporting a local business!
