Amazing customer service. I came in on Christmas Eve needing a screen replacement on an iPhone 7 and they did it in 40 minutes! They even put a screen protector on it. I was having a bad day, but working w/ the people at Yoshi’s made it better. I will be returning to Yoshi’s if I need service and will be recommending them to everyone in the QC in need of repairs.
I had an iPad mini screen fixed for a great value! Paid half upfront and the rest at pick up- which is policy but also great financially. Was told it would take 10- 14 business days, got it back by day 10. During pick up had a great conversation with Chris, Trish and the tall guy (forgot his name! Sorry!) about MK11 tournaments, computer parts and their rewards system! Great business, Great people!
I highly recommend going here if you need a screen replaced, I took my phone in and they said it would be done in 30 minutes so we walked around the mall and not even 20 minutes goes by and my girlfriends phone is ringing saying that my phone is finished, I go back and sure it is, brand new phone basically and at a really good price for that result! Great customer service. They fixed my son ipad screen and my dads samsung 10 screen. Prices are really reasonable. This is a trusted place to get screens fixed plus they have a 6month warranty so they guarantee there work.
I’ve gone there two times for screen replacements.one time for iPhone 7 one time for iPhone X. Poor quality screens ,on the iPhone X, screen glitches out after they replaced it. Touch ID didn’t work when I got my phone back (iPhone 7). I have not had a good experience with this place what so ever when it comes to screen replacements. Very high price for screen replacement (super cheap screen). Customer service is okay. Go to battery plus and bulbs better bang for your buck, higher quality screens for just a little more money. I’ve gone to battery bulbs and plus 3 times now and they have always left me satisfied with the quality.
