I’m one of those Sprint customers that got merged to T-Mobile. Went in to look at getting a new phone and voiced my frustration with the service quality in the area. I’m just not sure the price justifies what I pay per month. I think I spoke with the manager. He was really friendly and understood and empathized with my frustration. I appreciated the fact that he cared more about my experience than the immediate sale. I decided not to upgrade my phone at the moment. I may check out US cellular or Verizon. If I can’t find a better deal, I’ll be back.

I would not recommend T-mobile service to anyone. Many areas have little or no service to make calls. This particular store messed up the billing on our two new phones. We paid for both of the phones the day we started service. The monthly bills kept charging a payment for the phones. After 8 months of trying to get the billing correct no one has fixed the issue. I plan to change cell phone service as soon as I can.

I went in to get new phones and switch from US cellular. The sales rep assured me we would have full coverage and there would be no problem with service. Total LIE, I had issues with service from day 1. I had to call in to customer service to figure out why service was so bad. Customer service started the best we could get was 2 G and spotty coverage. They suggested making calls on WiFi so that we could prevent dropped calls. I told them that was not an option and if I was unsatisfied I could return the phones for a full refund. I spoke with the store manager Greg who told me that to get my restocking fee of 100 dollars O needed to contact customer support. Customer support said that was not true. Greg assured me several times that I would be receiving the credit back for the restocking fee but it has been 3 months and he keeps dodging my attempts to claim the refund that I was promised. The best I can come up with is with such terrible service the only way they can make money is by ripping people off. Please don't go to this company, I would hate for someone else to go through this.

This place is a complete joke. I came in to inquire about phone service. Somehow the manager opened a account in name and now I somehow owe them 400$ and I went in to get it fixed and was told there is nothing they can do about it and it’s on my credit. I was told to contact the collections agency. How is this even right. It’s not my fault I shouldn’t have to do anything. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. THEN TELL YOU THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. How is that right?
