03/19/2021 I got a full set and pedicure, at 10:05 we arrived some how are appointment got canceled, she still saw us anyways. When you walk in it don’t even feel like a nail salon. It is very relaxing, welcoming, and don’t have that strong nail salon smell. The people there are wonderful, they are not rough, mean, or ignore you. They try their hardest to make you feel comfortable. I never seen such professionalism in a company like that. My nails and feet came out so soft and so pretty, I will be coming back. The only think I did not like was one customer let’s call her “Karen” destroying the mood for everyone. They tried their best to make her happy, they even went out of their way. They even apologized to us about her negative attitude. I recommend this place for everyone, and I WILL BE COMING BACK! Thank you so much fornYour service!

I've been going here for over a year. After bouncing around and trying different nail salons I've found this is the place for me. The facilities are sanitary and the customer service is above and beyond. Their pedicures are very detailed and when you get your nails done they will be sure to get close to your cuticles. I've never felt like just a number like at other salons who just got my nails done quickly and pushed me out the door. Tim is my favorite but all the techs are wonderful.

At Crimson Nails you get treated like family. It’s a very nice and clean place. There is a lot to choose from and a very abundant amount of colors to choose from. And furthermore, they are very quick doing nails. I got mine done yesterday and I’m very pleased. They look like my real nails. Not too thick and not to thin. Just right. I highly recommend them for all your manicure and pedicure needs.

My daughter wanted to get her nails done and it has been several years since I have been to a salon to get mine done. I decided on Crimson due to the great reviews. I'm glad I did! My daughter got acrylics in almond shape and they turned out amazing! She begged me to get mine too so I decided on the gel. I'm not anticipating they stay pristine, due to my line of work, but they definitely do a great job and the girls are so very kind! We will definitely be going back! Thank you all for the kindness and great service!
