Me and my daughter go here. I love both the husband and wife!!!! I take my kids and we've never been put out nor asked to leave!!!!! I've had issues with my nails but once i let them know, they were nice about it and fixed the problem!!!! I guess if you have a nasty attitude or try to rip them off then yea they respond back as such!!!!!

This is the only nail place I will go to. I love Ms. B. She is fast and efficient, sweet and attentive. She always gives me exactly what I ask for. The man is not as good, but she is amazing.

First of all, I went in with a group of my friends today to get a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was decent for the most part and they did a really nice job, but the bath was horrible. There was no mat placed at the bottom and after watching them clean the bath out after we were done I will never get a pedicure there again. The man (the husband I believe) started out doing my full set. I asked for oval shaped nails and he had no idea what that meant. That's fine, we all need to learn different nail shapes eventually. When he finished shaping my nails they were absolutely horrible. Half of them were oval like I wanted and the other half were somewhere between square and oval. But hey, he tried his best right? His wife then looked at my nails and fixed them, she created the exact shape I was looking for and she did an excellent job. Both of my friends had square nails done by her husband and they were very uneven and all over the place. Half of them were not even the same length. We all also left with glue all over our hands. If you go to K & B nails I would only recommend getting your nails done by the wife, she is super sweet and knows what she is doing. But I do not recommend getting a pedicure there at all.

The man that works here is so very rude. I don't allow him to do anything for me. Ms. B however is the sweetest and has the best prices I've seen for the amount of extras and quality of work that I tend to demand. My last nail tech left after 9 years of doing my nails. She is my new replacement ud83dude0dud83dude0d
