Sarah did a Great job! She was fast without skipping any step. And I love the color of the GelX! She also saw my student ID, and gave me a college discount!

This place is very unprofessional & I do not recommend here. They laugh at you & make fun of your nails. I used a translator to hear what they were saying. They tried to charge me 50$ for an overlay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

I’ve been going to Lux Nails which was formerly Nail Expo for over 10 years now. I love my Nail Tech Thai I don’t care if I have to wait on him for hours I will wait. He knows me and he knows what I like!!

The woman Meshelle is horrible. She did not file my nails properly they were uneven an I had to file them myself. I sat and let my nails dry and sprayed them with the nail dry spray. By the time i got to the car the polish was coming off. I go in and ask for my money back the owner argues with me said i should have gotten gel which i explained i never get gel. What i normally get is powder but muly nails are weak. He yelled at me said i cheated and slammed my 18 dollars down and told ne to get out. This was the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I have been here several times and my first time getting a basic manicure. Never never again. Oh i forgot she ripped my cuticles.
