I purchased a Groupon for a massage that was a total scam. The description stated it could be redeemed at either the Huntsville or Decatur location. After trying to schedule, I was told only the Decatur location has a massage therapist and, even better, she's only there on Mondays.nnThey took over 24 hours to return my call, and then they left a voicemail right before they left for the day. It has been impossible to communicate with them, and the whole situation was a nightmare. I finally got a refund after talking with Groupon customer service. This spa is terribly organized, and I won't ever be booking an appointment with them.

I got a facial there a while back and the aesthetician actually had her phone in her pocket going off right by my ear. There was no way to relax after hearing it ding and vibrate every few minutes.
