I had a great experience at this nail salon today! I was serviced by Antony (pedicure) and Billy (full set/nails). Both did an great job! Service was fairly quick even with several customers in the shop. The facility was also pretty clean. Highly recommend this place!
First and last visit. They were so overwhelmed and refused to turn anyone away resulting in piss poor work. No idea how this place is highly rated. I was given stuff to take off my own nails and was still charged for it. After vocalizing my concerns Anna just moved to the next person and offered to cut them off when she finished. Sat in this place nearly 4 hours for a full set that didn’t even fit my finger. Seriously blown away at the quality of work and service being not provided here.
1st and last visit. Anna was very rough with me and my one accent nail was request pink and I got a nude! I also was told to sit at the drying area to have a my nails painted! Waited 45 mins past scheduled time and my cuticles weren't not clipped and my shape nor length was even checked...go elsewhere
Jenny did a wonderful job on my nails and toes! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made it happen. I will be going here for now on!!
They were down to earth and kind! It was my first time and now I won't go anywhere else. Such a fun but relaxing atmosphere. I truly love my nails and my feet feel amazing. Thank you Jenny, the fella who did my feet (amazing), and yes Anna of course I'll include you (you're a hot mess doll). Thank y'all so much... Beth
