We are sorry to say (as Hilton honor members) that our experience was not good. My wife made a reservation for 4 nights, but when we got an e-mail confirmation, the price per night was very different - 20% greater than the original. My wife called the front desk and talked to the one who had made the reservation. That person reassured my wife that the problem would be resolved, but that a manager would have to approve the change back to the original total amount.nnNo call was received by the general manager, and my wife called back several times over the following 3-4 days to speak to the manager. Each time, a message was left for the general manager, but a call from the general manager was never received. Other employees who transferred my wife to the general manager's voicemail, explained that the employee who had made the original reservation was new and had made a mistake, and that nothing could be done to return the invoice to the original price quoted. In fact, my wife was told that, because there was an event in town, the nightly rate would be increased another 18-20%, if any changes were made.nnWe have still not heard from a manager. We cancelled our reservation and are using another lodging option for our trip.

Great service, Great room. Bad sofa bed. I put the mattress on the floor and it was better. Also needed an extra blanket.

Nice hotel (most if not all Home 2 suites are nice) within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Fairly priced, this will be my go to when I am in town.

Fantastic, pet friendly hotel with a great location, ample parking, spacious rooms, perfect amenities, and a chic modern aesthetic.

Very nice, clean rooms and very covid concise. They have a great check in and checkout that is contact free and you use your phone as your room key. They also had to go meals available
