Wow! Fantastic dinner, once again. Great service. Delicious food. Everyone enjoyed their entree! Appetizers were fabulous! Could have made a meal from them, but glad we didn't!

We have been to this restaurant many times since it opened, but had not visited since 2/20, as the food quality had deteriorated and the staff had started to serve reds ice cold. This evening was definitely the best meal we have ever had there. Excellent service, fantastic food. We had three different fish dishes - grouper, red snapper, and trout. The brussel sprouts were unbelievably good. We brought our own bottle (Patz and Hall) - but noticed they had it on the menu (great choice!). We will be back again very soon!

I just called and spoke to a manager named Angel....he was extremely rude and even hung up in my face, he offered absolutely no type of proper customer service. Disappointed such a seemingly nice restaurant, would allow someone to head operations that would be so rude to a customer....maybe he should be in the back of the house if he cannot handle the pressure of a customer calling to ask a question. Very cordial with him and i did not get the same in return, as he cited “he is managing” as a proper reason to be so obnoxiously rude... very applebees type of behavior. Loved Side by Side for years, NEVER have I had that type of interaction with a manager...maybe one at Sonic...not a fine dining restaurant.

Excellent server. Kind, caring, respectful.. KITCHEN and BAR took the night off. Asked for medium rare ribeye... I got rare however the side POTATOES pared with Brussel sprouts were superb. PRICE $$$. SERVICE A+. BAR B- limited supply. Food B+

Horrible. Cold Gumbo, no seafood, chunks of sausage. No bread served. Beet salad was wilted and soggy. Rude staff. A sad excuse for a Hotel restaurant.
