I come about every 3 weeks and usually have great service and a good haircut. Today I had Donna cut my hair and she did super well.

Booked online, got confirmation email. Show up at 1030 and they say im not in the system. Check my emails again they cancelled it with no call or anything and no reason. The lady told me i must not have scheduled it right in the store so i was frsutrated when i saw they had cancelled and then lied to me. They were doing coloring so couldn't get me in. Extremely unprofessional.i alwaya tip well and havent had a haircut in 5 years. . People wonder why moms look the way they do. Thanks for costing me 60$on a babysitter i didn't even get to use. Not everyone has the lixury of just going and doing whatever tthe want whenever.

Good service. Their product to buy is a little expensive. I'd rather get the products from else where.
