OK this restaurant gets 5 stars for the service. The woman who waited on us was absolutely one of the nicest people you can come across. She was short with blonde hair and spoke of her children, 6 of them with love and admiration. This made our night for my brother and I were there celebrating our birthdays. The food was good. Don't get me wrong, but if not for her it would be a 3.5.

Speedy service with a friendly atmosphere. Food is always served fresh and full of flavor. My favorite are the gyros.

Food was amazing. Love the fried pickles and their burgers are huge.

I have NEVER had such horrible customer service as I had with Alfredos. Thursday when I ordered the food it took over an hour to get the food to me because the delivery driver got lost (I plainly said next to holbrooks and across from valley green). Then the food was made wrong...spicy penne was supposed to NOT have the sun dried tomatoes...and BOTH of the orders had them. I called and just kindly let them know, they asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement I said I would take a refund. About an hour later a guy from there calls me and tells me he wants to make it right and would refund the money and replace the food I said I didn’t want the replacement but thanks for the offer. He insisted and I said just send a calzone but I want the money back for the pasta. He said sure. Told me that someone would call me tomorrow (friday) before they delivered. Well Friday came no one called but they delivered the calzone. The delivery driver drove THROUGH the ditch causing him to lose his inner fender...he leaves it in the middle of the entrance of his he driveway and drives away! Fast forward to Saturday I called and asked about the refund I was told a manager would contact me...no one did. I called just now and the manager told me they have attempted to make it right and there’s no need for me to be rude but they will NOT be refunding my money...I WAS NOT RUDE. I didn’t even raise my voice I just reiterated what was told to me...she kept interrupting me telling me NOT to speak over her...when she was the one speaking over me...and then had the damn nerve to tell me “better yet hear this, DO NOT CALL ALFREDOS EVER AGAIN BECAUSE WE WILL NOT DELIVER TO YOU..DO YOU UNDERSTAND, THANKS” and then hung up on me. Duh I don’t want to order there again it SUCKED...

Very tasty pizza Sauce is fantastic and sausage and pepperoni etc. are very good quality.
