Tessa was very nice but I’ve never been more disappointed or discouraged. I went in to have highlights of a little blonde and low lights of some red and left with orange highlights. I should have seen red flags when I sat down and showed her the picture and she asked if I used box dye and then told me my blonde would look orange and the red wouldn’t come out either, but I went against my better judgement and allowed her to continue. I have never had issues in the past and I have had my hair colored multiple times after using box dye. Also asked for a specific cut with a side bang and layers and it’s terrible uneven and looks nothing like what I asked for. I paid $70 for everything but I am one that will pay more for what I want. I even told her well maybe we should do a different color then. They are very nice people but very inexperienced with box dyed hair. She left dye all over my face and ears and my scalp was on fire when I left and she told me to try not to wash my hair, but I could not wait it was burning so bad. I fully support small businesses or I would have refused to pay for it. Nice but not a great hair stylist. Very affordable but if you have dyed your hair with box dye go somewhere more experienced. I am not one to complain so I acted as if it was fine because I didn’t trust her to fix it the damage is done so I will be seeing someone today more experienced to fix my orange hair. Not trying to run her name in the dirt , but had I read the other reviews I wouldn’t have made the appointment. I have a friend that gets her hair done by Tessa and it looks good, but I will not be back.

Tessa was very nice at first when I got there, I asked for highlight even showed her a picture of what I wanted she said she could do it but the blonde wouldn’t be as light as I wanted it. She put the color in my hair, and tried to accuse me of using box dye on my roots when I didn’t. She then started to be kind of rude by rolling her eyes like I was lying. Now my hair is messed up it doesn’t look like highlight or even the picture I showed her. My roots are pink and the was poorly done. My hair looks horrible and I’m not trying to run her name in the dirt I’m just giving a review in case this happens to anyone else. I’ve had my hair done before by other professionals and my hair never looked this bad. We asked her to fix it because I paid 70$ and she refused. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. This was so unprofessional of her. And now my hair looks horrible..... I don’t recommend her...

Very sweet Mother and Daughter salon! Tessa and Kelly are the sweetest girls to visit! And you feel like family ❤
