Whoever delivers packages on FM1053 is the worst. The last 5 packages have been have been......nA) Not delivered and said that they were.nB) Delivered to the wrong address. The numbers are on the mailbox. Should be easy but I guess not. Thank God for honest neighbors or I would be out over 2k.nC)Partial delivery although the tracking # shows everything is on the same delivery truck.nThe worst. Why should I have to go searching for a package when tracking says delivered at my front door.
This is the second package delivered in Fort Davis with no address as to where it has been delivered. The great treasure hunt has begun with lost package cases, letters and filed complaints to corporate in Memphis since no way to contact Fort Stockton. Where are my packages?
Two packages in the last week are reported as delivered but they were delivered 10 miles from our house. The first was witnessed by two people. We went to get the package from HP but the person there said they gave it back to the driver but 6 days later we have still not seen it. The second package was delivered to the same place and we drove the same day to pick it up before it could be lost. This is not good service.
Amazing employees. Senior manager always ready and willing to help.
