This company does an absolute horrible job, in regards to closing pools. He does not do a complete job, so do not let his cheap prices fool you. For my pool, he honestly did a very poor job as he did not place the cover on the pool correctly. The rope that holds the pool cover in place was not correctly hung onto the securing bolts that are in the ground next to the pool. I have railing beside the steps to and from my pool that are supposed to be removed in order to correctly secure the pool cover and the man in charge of this business did not remove them at all.nnI would never recommend this business to anyone, as they did such a poor job. You're definitely ahead to find someone else so then your pool can be taken care of correctly.
I called to see about some maintenance on my filter, owner Stephan came out the next morning for a free estimate and told me I didn't need anything! Recommended.
i actually worked for these guys for almost 2 months. my partner before me complained about how poor the management was. i held my tongue as long as i could. they expect me to front my own gas to use my personal vehicle while driving me all over the city. they bought me gas the friday inbetween paychecks, that was nice. but expecting me to pull out money i earned to drive my truck for them all the next week. ~ now as for customer service. they could care less about some of their own clientele. i would be in the middle of one pool and theyd call me to go to another. basicaly they play favorites from what i understand. i wouldnt recommend working for them.. there is a reason they ALWAYS have help wanted signs. and i suggest if you have business with them, to change pool cleaning services. very unprofessional.
