I have been patronizing Shiatsu Renu in Hurst for approximately 16 months - Each week I have a standing Saturday appointment at 3pm - on 12/22/18 I arrived to find out that the schedule had been changed by Frank (owner) and I was not notified of this change. I have complaint to Frank (owner) a few times about his rude, unkind, non-considering behavior with his customers that patronize weekly. I texted him upon arrive and called twice to no avail. I believe it's time to find another massage location that is more respectful and considered of others. BTW: I drive 45 minutes each week because of Maria my massage therapist - The BEST ever!
