Condor Moving Systems

I had my move with Condor in October. My family was going through a very rough time and they made everything so easy. The moving crew was very polite and help me with everything. They went above and beyond their duty. Thanks for a great service.

Overall they got the job done. However I am not very happy with it. They charge you for use of tape, and they use and waste as much tape as they want. This is just a way for them to charge you more money.nThey picked up a day early, wasn't a huge problem, they told me if they pick up a day early I could receive my stuff sooner. They were well aware of what day I would be able to receive my items and ensured me that would work. However my items were delivered 2 days before I was even in the same state. I got a call from the driver saying that they would arrive Friday at 7pm. I would not be in the new home until Sunday. The man on the phone did not give me a choice. I was forced to receive the items when I was not there. Thankfully I was able to have the homeowners show up to meet the drivers. And since we owed them money at drop off I had to ask the homeowners to cover the cost until we were able to get to town. They also showed up later than they said and did not finish unloading until almost 10pm. Which would have been fine if I were the one there to recieve it. But since they arrived early and I was not in town the people that were there to receive the truck were not happy about being out so late.nSince the items arrived 2 days early and I was not there, I was not able to verify any items,I was not able to verify they were even MY items, I was not able to direct where to place items, I could not see the conditions of the items upon delivery because I was not there because they showed up 2 days early. I was also told they could place items in the basement, I paid a stair fee to have items moved to the basement. They did not put anything in the basement. The driver also asked if they could throw away a large box of blinds in the trash cans available at the home. They put the box in front of the trash cans they did not bother to put them in the trash cans so when I arrived I had to break down their trash to fit it in my bins. Not happy.nThen the driver called me to ask if I had left a tip for them and rudely hung up when I stated that I had not because I was not in the state it was not my money they were being paid with because I was not there because they were 2 days early. They also asked the home owner for a tip, to which he pulled out the only other cash he had, $10, and the man refused it.nI am already paying thousands of dollars for this service. Why do I have to tip? And why would I tip for a job I cannot verify because I wasn't there?!?nOverall, yes they did the job. My items were mostly intact and I think they have all arrived but I have not been able to verify all the boxes yet, because I was not there at delivery so now I have to dig everything out of the garage they left it in and out from behind the furniture they placed in front of my items .nNext time I move i will save myself the money and headache and do it myself.

Used Condor to move my items from Dallas to Denver. Jessie who loaded up my stuff was great, arrived on time, explained everything in detail and handled my items with care. Fair pricing for a long distance move, and picked up on the day that I requested and the whole quoting/contracting process was very easy. Thank you!

Condor moved my family and I from Dallas to Chicago. Not only were the staff respectful, but they helped me all the way through my move. The owner was kind when I called with questions, and the movers are utter gentlemen. As someone who's moved all of my life, I have to say that Condor Moving Systems was the best moving company yet. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked.

We hired Condor and used them for our move to AR. It was a great experience. The sales rep went over everything on the phone we gave them out list of items to be moved. (did forget a few things) My fault. The movers did an amazing job and we will definitely recommend them.
