SML was fantastic. I used their services to unload a POD which was delivered to my apartment in downtown Boston. Because I live in the city, I needed to secure parking permits for the truck which the POD came on. On the day of the move, cars were parked in the permitted spots and the towers never came. The SML movers were incredibly flexible and worked quickly to unload the POD so the truck could leave, and then get all of my belongings up to the apartment. They did all of this without damaging the elevator or any of my belongings, despite how rushed the process was. The whole time, they were friendly and professional. They helped to reassure me that they would get the furniture unloaded and into my apartment quickly, so that there were no issues. I would definitely use them again.

I am so happy I found your company!!! They came to the location and packed my truck up in Los Angeles and then they came to the storage location in AZ and put my belongings in storage. It was done in no time flat. And on both ends I received excellent service. Your company will come highly recommended by me. I plan on using your services again once I find my forever home. Hired these guys to help unload a box truck I packed myself from out of state. They showed up ON time and wasted NO time getting started. They were very considerate not to damage anything and worked together as a team. They were fast paced and did not waste time. Very proficient and overall very satisfied with the work they did. Would recommend and rehire when needed.

Company was a no show, I kept calling, they say I can't get the crew to answer the phone or email. I rented the truck and now had no help loading it up. They left me hanging with no help. Then offer me new movers 5 hours later and I asked are you paying for the additional hours for the truck. I finally said I want a refund and the cost of my truck rental returned. He calls me back acts like doing me the favor of a full refund. I told them I want a manager to call me , here we are 7 hours later no call back.nnStay away from this company!!!!!!

I used SML by recommendation from PODS for my recent move from NYC to NJ. We used them on the NYC side to load the Pod, and on the NJ side to unpack the Pod. Both crews were wonderful to work with, polite, professional, and on time. The crew leaders were efficient and explained everything to me upfront. They were by far the best part of a difficult home buying experience. They were exactly what I wanted from hired movers — fair price, did what they said, and didn’t damage anything. They even went above and beyond and helped troubleshoot an issue with my Pod door being jammed, plus they were just really nice people.nnThis company exceeded all my expectations and made for the best moving experience I could have hoped to have. I recommend them highly.
