This place so well kept up , I have no complaints. I just started storing there not long ago and since I have been there everything has been very smooth everyone in the office is courteous. Would recommend to anyone
When I got back from a three week trip my car was infested with rats and I was guarantee that they do not have any kind of rodent problem because I asked ahead just to be safe. Everything completely changed once I had a problem from the demeanor of the representatives on the phone to the amount of time that I was put on hold and when I got to the top top level I was told to kick rocks and then when I mentioned that my dad‘s lawyer the treatment changed a little bit but I was still not taken care of. I just wanted the damage to my car fixed because having a rat infested facility is not some thing that should be acceptable but they told me that legally they don’t have to have a rat free facility. I noticed rat droppings all over the place on their facility
Marilyn was extremely helpful and courteous. She was very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process with top notch professionalism. It was a pleasure to work with her and get our storage unit all set up.
My experience with life storage was great! Coy the manager and Cody are very hospitable. I would definitely use life storage again.
No complaints! I did everything from checking into the unit to signing final lease agreement!! Very clean and lot up I feel very safe here!
