I set everything up online in just minutes - it was very easy and user-friendly. Upon checking in at the office I was greeted by the most helpful staff who went the extra mile to ensure my access issues were resolved quickly. The unit was clean and I felt very welcomed. :)
We set up everything online and it was really easy. When we came in to finalize everything the staff was very friendly and helpful! The unit was very clean and we are very happy with our decision.
Beth is an amazing person! She was knowledgeable about her units, prices, and even insurance for my items. Love her! I WILL be renting from her when Im ready to rent!!!
I initially reserved storage believing it was indoor. Once my unit was ready I went to facility to find it outdoor. I called asking politely for refund. Manager informed that they would process. Hours later I received a refund. The exact refund was processed again at 2am and has yet to be returned. Whenever I call in i'm informed that I will get a call back to resolve. Consumer BEWARE!!!
