I haven't shopped here in years because I could never find anything my size. But I guess I just never looked hard enough. The big and tall section is a small selection to choose from but the assistance was awesome and patient. Because of that service, I will be back again on my pay periods!

So I went in there like 5 minutes ago!! I stood at the Cologne counter for all of, I’m sure 15 minutes.. Not one person said “one second ma’am” or “we’ll be right with you” I wasn’t acknowledged AT ALL. I was looking to spend OVER $300.. I witnessed 2 different Caucasian couples walk up and they were INSTANTLY acknowledged. I immediately left and said NEVER will I do business with this location ever again! I’ve never had this treatment in my life. And Supervisors FEEL FREE TO VIEW THE CAMERAS. This has messed my whole night up! Not to mention dampen my Christmas spirit a little. Smh.

I went to look at furniture, in particular a bed the sales guy that works there was standing off aloof and not paying attention to me. When I finally got him to come, he acted like I was bothering him. I asked him to tell me about the posturepedic beds, explain to me, help me understand about them. He gave me a flakey answer...this one is mid grade, that one is low grade, and that's high grade. I asked what does it all mean? He couldn't or wouldn't give me any information that would give me the impression he wanted to sell a bed.. I asked about the prices, again he gave me a blow off. DO NOT buy a bed from this place. Very poor customer service. I might not have bought a bed from him that day, but I could have wanted to in the future, because I have excellent credit. I will never buy anything from them after that poor service. ud83dude21

Most of the representatives just stared at me or ignored me.nnHowever, their was one Arabic lady that wore a hijab that helped me. She asked me if I wanted a dressing room and she kept it open for me as I shopped.nnI made sure to find her when I was ready to check out. I felt quite discouraged at this store due to the lack of service from any other representative but this lady saved the experience. I was contemplating just leaving there, then she showed up and was very helpful.nnYou could tell she was super busy yet she made time to be nice and helpful to me. I am very grateful and I got some cute clothing in the process.
