they have good collection of t shirts, dress shirts, dress pants. Weekend is the best to visit this place and if you have a Macy's card ,you can save a lot. You can always earn points through purchasing, you can use those points on online purchase or in-store shopping. I normally use that for online shopping.

3 stars is being extrenely generous. Finding staff to help was very hard at this NE Mall location. Seems like more and more Big Box retail locations have zero sales staff available. To buy something is a challenge and people wonder why consumers turn to buying online. The item I needed was not in stock and finally after finding the sales staff they offered to order it for me and have it delivered to my house. The first clerk got confused by the process and was not familiar with how to order the items to be delivered. Sad part is I think she has worked there for awhile. The order process took almost 25 minutes. It was crazy, ridiculously slow, not customer friendly and simply unnecessary because I came to the counter with the exact item I was seeking and simply needed a different color. I could have ordered it online with way less hassle, effort and time. By the time it was over there were 4 more people in line behind me because they also finally found a person to check them out. You could sense frustration and aggravation brewing with everyone. Just imagine what sales could be if sales personnel prioritized simply being available, ready and quickly checked people out. I received a portion of the order, but the remaining has not arrived. It would have been nice to have received an email update of the partial shipment and details on when the other items will arrive. Macy's please prioritize customers by sufficiently staffing your locations and keep well trained Associates visible and available to help customers.
