Staff a pharmacist are very rude and not compassionate about their “ guests” at all. I’ve been using them since my cancer diagnosis over 3 years and they could care less who I am or trying to meet my needs. They absolutely don’t care and don’t have a problem showing it. The pharmacist I spoke to over the phone tonight at 7:15 pm was so rude, I couldn’t believe it. One week out from surgery which I did share with her and all she wanted was to get me off the phone. Very rude. They should look at people on a individual basis and consider history, etc instead of grouping everyone together. Never use them as a pharmacy if you actually want someone who cares.
I had legit allergic reaction I needed medication my face was swallen I told her at window she told me to gonwallgreens because they close in 10.minutes horrible horrible customer service at pharmacy I hope one day you need help like this they will hopeful lm y help you not send you another place in emergancy shame on you w as wallmart
The pharmacy is very helpful and friendly. We get all our prescriptions there.
Great Walmart of course all Walmarts are busy they going to have lines but I'm just posting this to let everybody know that the pharmacy is closed between 1:30m to 2pm for there lunch..... in all overall a great store and location
Worst customer service i've ever had. Taking my money elsewhere thanks for nothing.Sick people NEED medicine not ATTITUDE.
