One of the worst pharmacy ever....30 minutes or less is good.. if it's over an hour wait, you need to hire another pharmacist...an hour and 15 minutes is unacceptable... especially if one is sick and hurting.
Fast friendly service, what more could you ask for?
Do not use this pharmacy.nnTwo plus hour wait because pharmacist talks and visits too much and insists on talking to you even though your doctor already went over the medication and side effects.nnI’m sitting here waiting an hour in this lane two. 12 minutes til they close. Will I get my wife’s medication? Will I lose my mind sitting here. Stay tuned! Same bat channel. Same bat time.nnUgh.
It's hit or miss with this pharmacy, depending on when you go. I had a refill phoned in by doctor, received call that it was ready. Picked up two prescriptions. The next day when I filled my pill container for the week, I discovered my thirty pill bottle only had twenty in it. It's sunday, so it's back to the Rx on monday to try and straighten this out. From now on, they are going to count the pills in front of me. Check your bottles! If the number is off or the color of the tablet is different from what you expect (this happened too), get the manager.
Customer service horrible, they never have prescriptions ready....they have bounced me several times. My doctor sent an urgent prescription it took them several days to get it done, talking about insurance not covering.............moving all my prescriptions to CVS.....Walmart parkvista service is horrible they do not care for customers.....wait time is horrible.....hire more technicians please.....you just lost a customer for 18 years since this store opened
