We had a great experience with Haralson Moving and Storage on our move from East Texas to Florida. They quickly responded to our request for a quote on the move. They answered all our questions and phone calls in a very timely manner. And they arranged a move that worked perfectly with our schedule and in our budget. Our move was a small one (a one bedroom apartment) but they treated us with BIG service. Thank you!
Bad experience in January 2017. They broke a marble topped side table which I didn’t notice for a few days because they directed the broken edge toward a corner of the wall. They almost broke the marble top of a sofa table by assuming it was attached to the wooded stand. They sent me to the hardware store to get the tools necessary to take my bed frame apart only to find they had the tools all along. The company charged me $990+ for a move from a tiny assisted living apartment on the second floor (with an elevator) to an apartment on the first level less than 3 miles away. I am just now complaining because I was just taken advantage of by a moving company again and decided it’s time to speak up. I moved around the country many times during my career and never experienced the unprofessional service I‘ve endured with my last three moves.
