I went over to the Cube Smart on HWY 155 in Tyler yesterday and they were awesome. I needed a 10X10 and the process was smooth from arrive to viewing my storage area. (No Hassle) I would recommend your start there for you storage needs.
The whole process was smooth and easy. Directions were clear, and the unit fit my needs.
The manager of our facility was extremely helpful and accommodating. We ended up needing to switch our storage type last minute and he was very flexible and service oriented all the way. Also, when our need for the space was done, it was extremely easy to end our contract and move out - absolutely no issues. We'll definitely use CubeSmart again if the need for storage arises.
The facility and staff are very good. The corporation that owns it is a predator and will try to force tenants to ever higher rent. They purchased every facility in the area and then unilaterally raised rent without any economic justification other than greed. I would only use this if there were no alternative or better yet just sell your property. It would be cheaper in the long run than to deal with Cubesmart.
Great service from the very first visit to actually signing the contract.nNow I have a place to park my travel trailer that is close by.
