Had to spend too much time finding what I neexed
I didn't buy anything because the lines have been too long the last couple of times I have been in there
I was looking for a hip purse. They had several choices, some were the same style but different colors. A larger selection would have been nice and one or two without writing on them. I bought one that said Nike. Not exactly a 70 year old women's style. Plain black leather would have been nice.nnService was fine at checkout, otherwise I was on my own. The price was more than I would have liked. $25 plus tax, discounted for some unknown reason. Maybe because, I used a their charge card.
Kohls, Please open your dressing rooms back up!!! It's time. You are the only place in town I've been lately still not allowing clothes to be tried on. Most places now have at least 1 or 2 rooms open for the must try on items. You have to be loosing business over this. I know you have lost mine lately. I love to shop in your store but some things need to be tried on. Let the customer decide if they feel safe using the dressing rooms or not.
I was so pleased at checkout, when we discovered my Kohl's card had expired. The clerk was so very helpful and pleasant to work with, to get me a new card. Also had an associate WALK me to where l needed to go to find a product, and walked me on to another section. It was so pleasant!
