I will never like walmart
I am a baby boomer and I find it impossible to find quality customer service these days. I recently had an automotive emergency and went to the Walmart on Troup for a quick repair. Steve was working fortunately for me and he was able to assess the situation immediately and prioritize the shops workorders and fit me into an already booked schedule, on a Saturday as well. While I was waiting in line to pay a disabled person came up to his register and purchased some items, Instead of Steve ringing the items up placing them in a bag and handing them back across the counter , he walked around the counter and handed them to the person so they didn’t have to strain out of their chair across the counter to reach them. He is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles and people; he should be training the other employees. He is being drastically underutilized.
Just a little lax on the covid
This store shelves are always low and I'm not sure why. They do have a decent clearance isle that has pretty good stuff. I only go to this location to change it up from time to time but every time I do I remember why I shop at the new Walmart not that far away.
