Every single time we go to pick up prescriptions we were informed were ready to be picked up, they hadn't even filled them yet. Then that itself takes upwards of 25 minutes when there's no other people waiting. We can see the employees just chatting away in the back or not communicating what needs to be done to one another. The tech is very old and doesn't work half of the time.

I went to pick up some prescriptions they where not ready even though I received a text message saying that they where the pharmacy staff never filled them then they told me to wait but I left after a hour cause they kept saying it would be ready in five minutes which it was not it turned into a hour I told them I would be back the next day to pick them up I show up the next day they also sent me a message again saying they were ready for pick up I show up they where not filled and ready again and then the pharmacy staff wanted me to announce to the whole store what my medicine was which I refused and got loud with them and showing them the messages they had sent again saying my medicine was ready and only when I got loud with them did they find my prescriptions or actually fill them in five minutes but apparently Walmart pharmacy has a unwritten policy to not fill prescriptions for people and just send them messages saying that they are filled and ready wasting people's time Walmart is really going down hill clean up your act Walmart
