This Walmart Pharmacy is fast friendly and efficient. The Walmart pharmacist is our ways ready to assist you and whatever you need. I was at the store when they looking for cold medicine for my daughter and he saw me looking at different medications and came from around the counter to help me find the proper dosage.
I Cannot be more pleased with the staff at the Frankston highway location , Especially Collins and Karen, these people DO CARE! Always go out of their way to help.. excellent Job!
Well , I guess I spoke way way to soon on commending the Walmart Pharmacy . Yes, I stand by my original comment - The staff is tremendously caring and helpful HOWEVER, their corporate policies cover that with a shroud of negativity. My Dr in Dallas has called the same RX into this particular store more than 30 times in the past 3 years, however today I learn that my RX is “ Flagged” and cannot be filled as the past 30 plus times.nIt seems that one time “1” . months ago I had it filled in Dallas on my way to the airport. Then recently since we have no insurance and use a coupon I started using Walmart one month / Walgreens the next. This saved me roughly $390 a month. The coupon in question could only be used every other month at the same pharmacy. Well it seems that Walmart does not like you using other pharmacies on REALLY HIGH DOLLAR SCRIPTS! ($500 plus cash a month. ) And are now requiring that you always use them or go somewhere else.. I went to another pharmacy. Filled - in and out in 15 minutes no problems , no questions, no flags !nSo which is it Wal mart? Last time I checked you could have your prescriptions filled anywhere you damn well pleased. Especially if you are PAYING CASH!nWalmart Corporate BS or Pharmacy Manager profiling due to the type of med and color of my skin? I would love to hear a response!
it must be my bad luck but I cant say anything nice about the ppl at this pharmacy.. everyone seems to hate their job.. NO customer service at all!! They dont talk to you, thay talk at you.. Rudest people Ever!
