I have had multiple issues where they tell me they will order my prescription mid week and then when I go to get them the following week they are not in still. I also have issues with them telling me my insurance isn’t on file so they didn’t fill the order when I have picked up meds there several times. I will 100% be switching pharmacies after today because I am on a blood thinning medication and was told it would be ready Friday when I called to fill it and then today when I went to pick it up it is “out of stock” and not in til tomorrow sometime. I need this medicine to keep my blood levels safe for my pregnancy and I’ll be damned if I trust them to handle this again for us.
I placed an order with them and it took them 4 days and they still couldn't fill it!!!! On top of that they are the slowest pharmacy I've ever seen. I went to Walgreens and within 30 minutes they had my prescription filled.
I love the people that work in this store very friendly and very knowledgeable...I will not go any where else
This pharmacy is the worst I've ever been to. My prescriptions were supposed to be ready at 2 on Saturday , I come to get them 10 after 5 on Monday and they say 1 out of the 3 are ready and that 1 of them they have to call the Doctor for even though it still has 2 refills remaining on it. So fed up with this pharmacy they are slow and unorganized , I wouldn't recommend Wal-Mart pharmacy to anyone.
