Had to wait a while as there were 3 people in front of me, but, other than that, it went fine.
The pharmacists and staff all get high marks. They have been friendly and very helpful. Mickey, one of the pharmacists, even took valuable time to call my insurance company this past weekend to clear the way for my wife, who has cancer, to get a much-needed pain relief refill that very afternoon. That's real service!
Slow. Discourteous. Nosey and Intrusive. Argumentative.
Always helpful. They look for the best prices using my insurance or discount cards. The wait is often long but this is common for pharmacies. The number of prescriptions and phone calls for a pharmacy is unbelievable. I feel they have good attitudes and try hard to do things right.
I have been having an awful time trying to get my insurance and doctors office to cooperate with me. Emily helped me out tremendously by calling them and then personally faxing out my prescription and calling me back all within the day. I appreciate her customer service and it really is the small things that make a difference! Thanks again, Emily!
