Outstanding customer service,kind and very upbeat!!

Great service every time we go in

Cold Stone NEEDS to get their business in order. We walked in right as a couple with 2 kids were walking out WITH NO MASKS on at all. Mind you there is a sign on the door that states mask must be worn. I guess it depends on the employees if this rule is implemented or not. We ask for our order and as we're about to pay, I ask may I use your restroom to wash my hands the employee responds in a rude tone our restrooms aren't open to the public, so I buy a bottle of water so I can rinse my hands off, outside when he sees that we're paying w a $100 bill again with a rude attitude responds I can't take that. So we paid with a card. Rude employee and not implementing the mask rule, I can spend my hard earned $$ in an establishment where they understand that masks are nessesary and the employees are polite..... Not returning to Cold Stone again...

Very good customer service. My favorite place to go when I want ice cream.

Cant even get my order right. ice cream was melted. whats the point of getting ice cream if they’re going to mess it up. someone should straighten up this location
