Two of the three employees there had masks halfway off with their noses exposed. Staff was unable to exchange money without making skin contact. No manager was present to deal with the issues, so I left without my coffee OR my refund. Very unhappy with the lack of adherence to current regulations. The service was admittedly fast, but I'll never know if the product was right because i left it sitting on their counter.

Went here on 7/26/20. Went through the drive through and when i got to the window I was met with multiple workers wearing their masks incorrectly with their noses exposed, I did not drink this coffee that was clearly prepared without caution or respect for others during this tumultuous time. Disgusted to say the least.

The experience could have been better if the employee didn't forget to give me my receipt and napkins. I ordered a medium hot blueberry and 2 wake up sandwiches. The food was delicious.

I asked for a small latte with whipped cream, and she gave me it in a medium cup, and said it’s because the whipped cream takes up too much room, but she used a dime lid. Why couldn’t she put the dome lid on a small cup. It’s noteven like she gave me extra whipped cream, all I got was extra ice. I was so confused . And she gave me a small straw, and everyone knows a medium cup with a dome lid is taller than a small straw..... also my man said he got a hair in his donut one time...

Of course the coffee is the best but so aren't their Boston cream donuts! ud83dude0a The morning workers are always so happy here!
