The employees act like covid doesn’t exist. A female cashier counted my money, and immediately went to go make my sandwich using the same set of gloves she handled the register with. I told her to just give me a refund because I wouldn’t be eating that, and she tried to convince me otherwise. Her mask wasn’t even covering the bottom of her mouth.
This is a walk in dunks and they were pretty busy but realy fast, the two people working the front worked well together and got my complicated order all right. Thanks for that..and everything was good and fresh... oh yes i love it when they get it all right and it's good..
Has to be one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever visited! My coffee came out wrong. I asked them to remake it. They told me it was right. I told them it was not and please remake. The lady slammed the remade coffee on the counter. The coffee was worse. I asked for a manager. The manager made the coffee to the extreme the other way. I’ve never had service like that anywhere! Trust me go to another one. You will thank me!
Just passing through, and I was getting a cup of hot tea. But I brought a 32oz reusable cup. I asked if they would put my tea in MY cup instead of a disposable cup and they happily accommodated. So glad I could travel and still live sustainably. Thank you Dunkin!
Terrible. Nasty attitude ladies. Told us they were closing and kicked us out 20 mins before they actually close.
