Coffee was ok.. Not what i asked for but not bad. Girl behind counter was very nice and willing to remake it. So i do give her 5 stars for customer service
The manager here is the nastiest woman I have ever encountered. She was disgustingly rude to me and when I asked here what she was so upset about she tried to turn it around on me and say that I wouldn’t let it go. All because I told her I ordered an iced macchiato and not an iced cappuccino (politely I might add). It’s the worst I have ever been treated in a place of business. I certainly will never use this location again. Beware.
Don’t let people stand in line for 5+ minutes and then tell everyone you are closed. Approx 12 people waiting patiently only to be told sorry we are closed. Should have said something when each party came in.
After the Patriots game, and standing in line for 10-15 minutes we get to the counter and the cashier all of sudden says she will not serve anyone else. We were the very next people in line and there were approximately ten people behind us. Why would you not lock the door when you want to close up instead of having people wait and then kicking them out? Customer service needs a lot of improvement in this location.
