Worst pharmacy in all of Denton. I made the mistake of going back for the second time this week. The first time the pharmacy said they never got the prescription from my doctors office. They made me wait for two hours while I was visibly sick and had no remorse or apologizes whatsoever. Today I had my sick 5 month old infant who was coughing, crying, and hungry. My doctor sent over his prescription at 2. When I showed up at 5 I was told they were still working on it. I called ahead and they even said they were working on it at the moment. They made me wait an additional hour and a half for his medicine. I clearly asked for an INFANT mask for his breathing treatment. After driving home for half an hour I was sent home with a normal breathing machine that is impossible for an infant to use. Stay away from this pharmacy at all cost!

They have been nice and courteous. I will keep coming here.

Was told my prescription was going to be ready by 3pm so I arrive at 3pm just to find out it was out of stock. Workers also have attitudes.

I will never recommend anyone to fill with this pharmacy since I do not believe any customer deserves to be lied to or neglected.nThis is a pharmacy. That means they dispense medications to keep people adherent, right? Doesn’t seem like they understand that. A loved one needed a medication and went in to pick it up. She was told that they hadn't received the prescription from the doctor. That was a lie. She had to wait in line at the drop off counter to be told that the prescription was received, just not filled because they didn't have her new insurance on file and the med was expensive. She updated her insurance and was told to come back. She went in today and was told the price which was expensive. However, there is a savings card available that could be used with her insurance to dramatically drop her copay. Did anyone offer her this information? No. I figured that since it was a brand medicine, a savings card was most likely available and looked online. Sure enough, I was right. I call the pharmacy to give them the card processing information and was told immediately that I’d have to bring the card in. Uh, no. They can take that info over to phone and apply it with insurance to give me the correct copay. I tell the tech that he’s lying and will take the info. But wait, now he tells me that they don’t have the medicine in stock. Doesn’t offer that they will be able to order it or anything helpful. I then tell him that since they have already failed several times, this prescription should be transferred to a different pharmacy chain who will be able to actually get the job done. Again I am lied to and told the other pharmacy will have to call them. No. The pharmacist could easily pick up the phone and call the other pharmacy to transfer the prescription that they have failed to fill for days now. the tech says they’re busy and doesn’t know when the pharmacist will be able to get it done. Since they have failed in every other aspect of this experience, I highly doubt they will get this transfer done without me having to call and check up on them at least twice. My guess, but we’ll see.
