No one around to help the customers
The online customer support is awful. A washer and dryer. There was an issue with the washer and we call within our 30-day policy and have been getting the runaround till our 30 days expired. They keep telling my mom that they were going to call her back and never did it's amazing how nice and helpful Sears is when they're selling the product but if it's time for the product to be fixed they can't help you.
So this was where that angry customer demanded that refund huh? Well it’s pretty bignnSo the store is closing on April 18 and there are pretty good discounts right now 20-70% off. RIP Sears in the DFW metroplex
Looks like they might be going out of business. There are bear walls but they still have good products for sale, just not a lot of it. There are somethings on sale but mostly normal pricing.
I always shopped Sears. So sad to see another icon go away. Shop local and lets build small business. Big box does t need or care if you give them your business or not
