Stopped by to buy a comforter for my bed. The comforter was pricey but I loved it and could not leave it at the store. The service was great. No complaints

So if I could give this place a negative or a non existent I surely would. Specifically this location only. Sometimes potentially speaking potential is just not enough. Explain? Sure it's simple, every reason why we are losing jobs in america not realizing what we are putting our customers through when in store. Customer service should be everything associates and managers should be more than willing to go through the lengths of servicing not only because they are being paid for it because they get incentives such as increasing sales means more chances or opportunity for more money. But I'm glad they treated me short with all the unnecessary because I actually put up the money i had as me a gift to shop with them and put it in the bank.

Yo man, I can't speak for the Dillards as a whole, as I just come in for the fragrance department. But the customer service is awesome. There are a couple people there I am familiar with, and they know I like to check out a lot of different fragrances when I'm there. They are always very kind, and very helpful about answering any questions I may have about a particular fragrance. All in all, good customer service coupled with a warm atmosphere, and you have a great place to go pick up your next new fragrance.

I love Dillard's! The staff is courteous, helpful, and provides great customer service. I can always find affordable, good quality clothing when I shop there. Dillard's also has a MAC cosmetics kiosk!
