Get what I want so you are
I usually don't like to give negative reviews but this was my 2nd time in this same exact store and I was completely ignored. I was shopping with my family looking for a dress for my step daughter and a ring for myself and was completely ignored the entire time. We had a hard time even trying to find the junior department. I will never set foot in this store again
If it was not for Sherri in the purse department, I would quit this store. Can never find anybody to check you out, forget about getting any other assistance. Staff was more focused on putting merchandise out than helping customers.
I love backstage dept. I just wish theft had people on the floor too help you. You pay a high price for products but when you shop its like going to Targets. No special help. I am not the only person that feels that way.
The Backstage at this location has some awesome deals, you just have to look and be prepared to spend some time there. I'm not crazy about the size of the Macys store bc it's small & unorganized but there are bargains in the store as well.
